I'm City & Guilds qualified. I also have a strong customer service background that paid my way through college so I don't look and sound like a typical tradesman.

The standard of Mike's work was very high, as was his professionalism and respect for his customers. He wore a mask throughout and took hygiene measures seriously. He worked cleanly, quickly and was considerate of our need to still have access to the space throughout.
